The woman on the microphone then said "and, uh, obviously this is a male Beluga whale". There was a 5 person deep crowd in front of the glass observation window at the Atlanta Aquarium that July day and I managed to squeeze by enough people just in time to gasp in awe with the rest of the lucky visitors. Sadly Kate was not as ambitious as I was and was patiently waiting in the back but tried in vain to see over the other people's heads. By the time she reached the front the elusive Beluga whale penis was gone.We continued on learning about marine life but for the rest of the day Kate's expression resembled that of this fish:
I believe the guide said this particular species was called fishious grumpyious.

How many chances in a lifetime does an ordinary girl get to see a whale's penis??? I totally blew it....(That's what she said, Michael Scott).
I got to see monkey penis not too long after that. It was not as impressive, but weird nonetheless.
And BTW, it is called the Georgia Aquarium.
